Flint Armchair

Designed by Jehs & Laub, the body of the Flint armchair unfolds like a calyx and is made from one single piece. This was achieved by imagining the armchair as a sculpture and simply cutting out all that is super­fluous. The design of the Flint features a circular base — optionally on gliders or a rotating plate — that rises up to the rounded square seat surface and then flows to the high backrest, while the boundary between the hard shell and the soft core is marked by a circumferential seam, to create an incredibly comfortable chair. Flint is available in a selection of leathers and fabrics to suit any design style and space. Seat height is 34cm.
